Rope access

Rope access building repairs and pressure washing in Sydney

Our rope access technicians reach facades, balconies, windows and roofs without scaffolding.

That means quick access, less disruption to residents and, for many jobs, a lower access cost than scaffolding.

We use rope access for inspections, repairs, sealing, painting and pressure washing on buildings across Sydney.

Why rope access

Scaffolding a building for a repair can take longer to put up than the repair takes to do.

Rope access gets a technician to the exact spot quickly, leaves the ground floor and balconies clear, and keeps disruption to residents to a minimum.

We plan each job around safe anchor points and keep the area below clear while we work.

Pressure washing

Pressure washing brings facades, paths, car parks and common areas back to a clean finish.

We adjust the pressure and method to the surface, from heritage stone and render to concrete and pavers.

It's also the first step before painting or sealing, so the new finish bonds to a clean surface.

Inspections and reports at height

A rope access or drone inspection gives a close look at the parts of a building you only see up close.

You get photos and a clear summary of what's in good condition and what needs attention, so the committee can plan.

“5 stars for workmanship, warranty and communication.”

Questions

Rope access and pressure washing: questions we're asked.

Is rope access safe?

Yes, rope access is a recognised method for working at height, and we plan every job around safe anchor points with the area below kept clear.

Is rope access cheaper than scaffolding?

For inspections and targeted repairs it often is, because there's no scaffold to hire, put up and take down.

For large works across a whole facade, scaffolding or a swing stage can suit better, and we'll recommend the right option.

Can you pressure wash heritage buildings?

Yes, we adjust the pressure and method to suit older and delicate surfaces.

Do residents need to do anything while you work?

Residents can usually carry on as normal, and we let them know when we'll be working outside their windows.
