Strata painting and rendering in Sydney

Painting and rendering for strata buildings, common areas and commercial properties across Sydney.

We prepare surfaces properly, repair render and concrete first, and finish with paint systems suited to Sydney's weather.

Because we're remedial builders, the repairs underneath the paint are done by the same team that paints.

Preparation does the work

A paint job lasts as long as the surface underneath it.

We wash down, scrape and sand, repair cracks and drummy render, treat any concrete cancer, and prime before the top coats go on.

That's how a building stays looking fresh for years.

Rendering and render repairs

We repair cracked and drummy render so the wall stays dry and the finish stays smooth.

Damaged sections are cut out and patched with the texture matched to the existing render.

Where a whole wall is due, we re-render it for a consistent finish.

Painting occupied strata buildings

We plan painting around residents, with notices before we start, clear access arrangements and tidy work areas at the end of each day.

Colours can be matched to the existing scheme or chosen with the committee.

“5 stars for workmanship, warranty and communication.”

Questions

Painting and rendering: questions we're asked.

Do you repair render and concrete before painting?

Yes, and that's the main reason strata managers use a remedial builder for painting: the repairs and the painting are done by 1 team.

Can you paint without scaffolding?

For many jobs, yes, using rope access or access equipment suited to the building.

Can residents stay while you paint?

Yes, we plan the work so residents can come and go as normal.

Can you help choose colours?

We can match the existing colours or work with the committee on a new scheme.
